"Nice hotel close to small town"
Nice location and wonderful service. The room is modern and its space is bigger. Of course, the price is higher.

For the hefty price per night, I would have expected a larger room and much larger bathroom. The bathroom is extremely small and somewhat claustrophobic. It could also use some updating. The view of Lake Louise is exceptional.

    "A Place to Crash"
The hotel offers some good dining and entertainment, and I paid a low price for the location. However I would suggest springing for a little more pricey room in the main hotel as the "bunkhouse" of building 4 - the Pineary - was little better than the staff accommodations I stayed in when I worked in Lake Louise 10 years ago. We could hear the people in the room above us very late into the night and very early in the morning. If you're looking for a cheap place to crash for a night and aren't planning on spending much time there or sleeping in late I would recommend it. If you are looking for a place to relax and be comfortable I would recommend spending the $$ for one of the nicer rooms or even hotels.

    "Like the location!"
Overall the hotel is very nice. I appreciated the gym and pool facilities. Didn't know there wasn't a bathtub in the room so that was very disappointing. There was also a moth in the room so we had to deal with that. We were too tired to request a room change and deal with packing up and moving again.
