"When checking out of the hotel I mentioned to George that we needed to find a medical clinic. I explained that someone had taken our carry-on, with our meds, out of the overhead bin so we would have to get replacement meds before we could start our vacation to the National Park. George helped us to use the Rocket Doc website so we could resolve our issue without physically going to a clinic. He got his colleague to attend the front desk while he helped two seniors with technology. George saved the day for us."

"The hotel is modest, but very clean. The staff are friendly and give you space, which I really appreciate. Check-in is quick, and if your room feels chilly, you can ask for an extra heater. I’ve never noticed any dirt during my stays here. I read some reviews expressing concerns about safety because there are homeless people nearby and the hotel is close to downtown. Personally, I felt comfortable walking through the parking lot, and no one bothered me."

"Very lovely property, excellent location sort of central south Calgary. We loved the extra amenities of the signature floor. The outdoor pool and hot tub are still under construction, and appear to be halted for a while past the original date to be ready. But if they ever do finish it, it looks like it will be an absolutely beautiful outdoor area with pool and hot tubs. Beds are super comfortable, evening turn down service. Very classy inside."
