While the property and staff were excellent, the hotel runs the HVAC throughout the night, even when the temperature control is turned off. It’s quiet loud, and since it was positioned directly above the bed it made sleeping difficult.

The view in our unit was terrible and had no sunlight as it was just another building. There are also strangely no toiletries in the bathrooms (toothbrush, toothpaste). I know you can request it, but it's easier on the visitors to access all the toiletries that are made available. Some women in the front were very nice, and they let us keep our luggage after checkout. Also, really clean rooms and comfy beds! Overall, good stay.
