"they need larger garbage bins in the rooms or at least have one large one on each floor for guests. Also should consider providing either a dark cloth or complimentary make-up remover wipes to ensure facecloths do not get ruined. "

We were attending a wedding and per bride/groom recommendations booked to stay here.
Once inside lobby everything changed to a very welcoming, clean and beautiful atmosphere.
King size bed was very comfortable, spacious and included most comfortable hotel pillows and blankets we have experienced; no sore necks/heads and not hot or cold throughout night.
Room itself was spacious, clean with “attention to detail” right to extra hangers for dress clothes and great hair dryer. Being blessed with thick and long hair, the hair dryer is “essential” to us. Only “negative” is the washroom is quite small.
Did not personally utilize pool and hot tub. It’s visible for all rooms and appeared really nice & clean.
We highly recommend this hotel.
