The room was in bad condition and furniture are old also have many damages. The front desk staff is professional and can provide a good service as fast as they could. Swimming pool is a little bit dirty and needs be cleaned. Breakfast is good and always fresh.

I found the rooms to be clean and the bed very comfortable. However, my experience was marred by a few significant issues. The staff were unwelcoming and rude, which greatly impacted our stay. Additionally, the elevator door malfunctioned on our way out. It would close immediately upon opening and, unfortunately, hit my girlfriend on the shoulder, causing some injury. When I tried to report this to the staff, they seemed to disregard my concerns and acted as if they didn't understand me. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and consider improving staff training to ensure a more welcoming and responsive service.

Excellent shuttle service. Efficient and pleasant Excellent room service. Food was good and staff was very pleasant TV remote did not work properly and I took it to the front desk. Young lady said she would have someone come to my room to fix it and no one ever came. It was quite annoying.
