There is no staff in this guest house. Guests are given a passcode to open the front door and all the information you need to take advantage of the shower, kitchen and exiting and entering the house. A fully equiped kitchen and dinning room is there with a coffee maker etc. It was very quiet, and very clean. I would definitely return.

It is what it costs. Very simple and functional. The room I stayed would work best if they left a air flow before my arrival, the smell wasn't exactly pleasant. Again, you get what you pay. If you are going to Banff, the location is very convenient and easy to take the motorway 1. But the drive is indeed long and might be very fog in early hours. The house offers all you need in terms of facilities.

One of the best stay and kind owner. This place is communicable even by local transport system. Nice and safe Environment. Dont think twice to book this awesome place i bet you will enjoy. Just i want to add there is no laundry because its little new but i guess when i come next time i will get laundry.

This is basically set up like a hostel, about 5 separate rooms with a common kitchen area and a shared bathroom. Room was comfortable but small and a pretty powerful fan was provided which was nice since it was fairly hot and there is no A/C. If you’re comfortable with running into other guests coming out of the bathroom after showering or having to wait to use the toilet, this place will work for you. Many things provided for cooking and lots of condiments available in the guest fridge. Convenient location and fairly straightforward self check-in.

Instructions for self check in with a door code were straightforward. Bit of a blip where it didn’t release the instructions but I messaged the hosts via Expedia and they sorted it out. When I arrived I wasn’t sure if my room (Foothills) was on which of the three floors so had to nose about a little (a sign would be great in future but it wasn’t hard to sort out). Room was clean and comfortable, bedding felt nice and soft. No air conditioning but there was a sufficient fan that sat in the window ledge. The blind/curtains were not blackout so it got light early but I had an appointment to be up for anyways. I was upstairs (3 rooms there) and it had a full bathroom, but there was another half bath on the main floor if you needed which was nice in case you worried about contention. Everything was straightforward and as nice/clean as you’d hope for. My room had a key waiting inside on the desk if I needed it. House was updated and made for a quick easy stay.

Clean room and shared bathroom with other guests. Kitchen was a huge perk to use. We used it to cook everything for camping so it would only need a quick reheat over the fire. Would highly recommend
