I was able to check in fast. But the property smelt bad. It smelt like cigarettes and pot. The whole property smelt. The floor was stained everywhere. The hot tub had a yellow ring around it. You get what you pay for. Oh yeah the elevator was jumpy. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said “it needs maintenance”

My grandson has terrible anxiety with elevators. He needs stairs we arrived checked in and we were informed that they had no stairs. They only had stairs to come down stairs to go up. Front was not helpful. Told me her manager told her to deal with it so she told me to get my refund from Expedia, I asked her if someone could open the door and grandson can go up one flight upstairs and she said no. We had to go to another hotel. I was unable to get my refund and Expedia is also part of the problem.

Our room was so gross. uncleaned table with splatter marks, dirt all on the walls that could have easily been wiped away by room service, pubes in the bathtub, stains all over the bedding, we heard rattling from the AC and other various places all night. DONT BOOK HERE unless you like feeling dirty

The floors were not clean. We walked around for ten minutes and our feet were black. Front desk was slow but that was their computer system. The lounge was extremely hot.
