To whom this may concern,
I arrived shortly before midnight and just wanted to get to bed. The front desk agent was great upon check in, but I wanted to use my company card, which wasn’t working, as there were issues with the payment terminal. I used my personal card, he said that they could switch it out in the morning. I checked out with Maria and said she didn’t know what to do, so they said they’ll phone me once the manager arrived. They had put the charge on my personal card without communicating it to me. Not happy with this. Poor service. If you don’t know what to do, look and find the answer. I won’t be booking here again, I wasn’t impressed with the rooms, dark and felt unclean. I appreciated the service from the gentleman when I checked in.
