We arrived early and were able to check in right away! Front desk staff was great rooms were nice. Enjoyed out stay. The only thing this Hotel could use is a better gift store. There was hardly anything in the store.

I booked on the app for two queen beds for 769.54. They moved me from that to a king and made me pay for a cot. Which was wrong I ended up paying close to a thousand dollars. In the room I was in the adjoining door was high off the floor and I could see the people next door. The child was frequently by the door and we could hear the child crying etc. it was but a very good visit. Very noisey and costly.

Convenient for shopping at the mall but hotel run down, suites cold wirh bathroom fan that did not work. Furniture beat up air conditioner leaked all over the carpet.

Enjoyed our stay at Fantasyland! Being in the mall makes this a great location to enjoy West Edmonton Mall. When we were there, one elevator didn't work which made things a bit inconvenient, but the staff were helpful in directing people appropriately. Liked our room! King size bed was very comfortable.

It was great to stay in West Edmonton Mall. Hotel looked great and common areas were clean and well is. The restaurant was wonderful and staff were helpful with my daughter and her two kids. Only complaint was the cleaning staff of rooms didn’t complete cleaning by 4 pm each day when we returned to room. Well worth the money and convenience.

Wonderful stay from start to finish with the one minor exception being that checking in was a bit of a challenge due to the very small area for checking in with respect to unloading the vehicle. That being said the concierge and valet staff was absolutely wonderful in getting us unloaded quickly and loaded without issue upon checkout.

It felt like we were at a resort, not just a hotel. Lots of glitz. Room was great, Valet parking was amazing. The only down side is the building is very dated. We were on the space floor and it felt old. There are so many great pictures of space now. They need an upgrade.

Everyone at front Desk from when we arrived Wednesday to help with various things including moving rooms and the help of the hospitality person that helped to bring our belongings to the new room, to the lovely folx at check out this morning.
