I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty and in poor condition upon arrival. When I asked to change the towels and clean the room, the staff only did a partial job. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is so run down. Dead bugs in the light above bathroom sink. The bathroom ceiling fan looks like it had not been cleaned since it opened. Everything outside of the bed and TV’s needs to be updated, cleaned, replaced etc.

For a 3 night stay our room was only serviced once. The pool was full of children every time we walked by and the appliances in the room were shaky (fridge rocked every time we opened it). The soap smelled like pine sol and the word Resort was really used quite loosely. Would not recommend staying here unless you’re really on a budget.

This place is definitely over marketed for what you actually get. We walked into a fairly run down condo that smelled like a campfire, had no shower curtain, no a.c., a lukewarm refrigerator, and was generally uncomfortable. The pool area and lobby were nice though.... which is what they focus on in their marketing. The condo itself was a big disappointment, especially at this price point. It may have been worth 1/2 of the price we paid for our stay. Live and learn. One star.

Excellent customer service. Location was ideal for all our excursions. Lots of space in the rooms and quiet area. They also gave us bus passes for local transit. We came during a heat wave and lack of AC made it bit hot in the rooms during evenings.

We loved staying here for the ability to spread out with 7 adults and use the hot tub in the evening after hiking. It was nice to be a little off the beaten path rather than in the midst of downtown Banff. We only made breakfast and had drinks and snacks in the kitchen and the supplies were suitable for our needs. If you plan to cook all your meals here, you will need to double check the pans/supplies and if you are missing anything, the front desk will get what you need! Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. For improvements, we would suggest a more thorough cleaning, some overall updates such as better lighting on the lower level and providing a roll of paper towel for the unit. The views from the pool and hot tub are outstanding and the staff (Alex in particular) was super helpful and very nice. We would stay again!
