"Great Hotel. A little dated but 4 Seasons Service!"
Great location. Walk everywhere. Four Seasons service is impeccable. Hotel is a little dated. Same vintage as the old one in Toronto before they built the new one. They actually look the same from the outside. Pool (indoor/outdoor) is great and the fitness centre is right there poolside. Large rooms and great Exucutive Suites. Great Oyster bar called Yew. Reasonably priced for Four Seasons in the heart of Vancouver. Pacific Centre access from the Hotel with Nordstroms! There are newer hi end hotels but nothing beats the Four Seasons. Issadore Sharp always gets it right!!

Million dollar view from our corner room. Over look the harbor, moutain & a peek of the city. We were worry about shower at first when we saw the little sign by the tub suggesting to use the curtain for privacy.

"We loved the quiet of the area. Room was lovely"
We loved having a full suite with 2 tv's (1 in bedroom and 1 living rm). Nice little patio looking out onto grounds with even a small bbq provided. Suite was fully equipped. Two swimming pools on grounds nicely located for ease of use to all suites. Winery was right there too so that worked well. Good restaurant. Didn't have a chance to use any of the other facilities but will definitely be going back for another stay. Loved the quiet location outside of the City.

"May Long Weekend at Lake Ok Resort"
We stayed in the 1000 Block of the LOR May 21-24, 2016, which is one of the new Condos. First - the room we stayed in was outstanding! The view over the lake from the living room and the deck was unbeatable. The room itself was equally impressive - large rooms, great amenities, full kitchen, the deck was awesome. The living room, bedroom and the kitchen were all super clean and well maintained and the rooms were well furnished - no amenity was missing. Further, the Resort has a 9-hole Par 3 Golf Course included, tennis courts, basketball court, a nice pool and hot tub area, boat dock with rentals and beach area, and lots of walking trails - great amenities. There is a small restaurant on site ( which had great food ) - there used to be a large restaurant with an outside deck that appears to be closed now. My only negative comment regarding the resort is most likely related to the fact we stayed on the May long weekend, and the full season amenities were not up and running. As noted, the small restaurant was very good, but too small for a busy resort - this may be due to the early season as not all amenities were open. There is also a Barefoot Bar at the pool that was not open while we were there. The only reason I bring this up is that the Resort is somewhat isolated on the West side and is approx 15 minutes outside Kelowna. So let's chalk up any negatives to the early long weekend.

Within walking distance to all of the things you want to do a see in downtown Victoria but with the added bonus of being super quiet. "Excellent location on the harbor."
Beautiful historic hotel in excellent condition. The "star" of Victoria. Being "upgraded" at present. Owners are making common areas a little too masculine for my taste. Our room was lovely and very clean. I hope they don't change the decor. The room was a perfect temperature with no heater or fan noises. Very quiet room. Walls are well insulated. Staff are wonderful--friendly and accommodating. Some construction outside, in the rear, and on the high roof, but not much noise. The Empress is close to everything you might wish to see downtown, including an array of restaurants.
