The tub didn’t drain at all and the safe was not working. I asked to be moved in a different room. Short staffed, it took forever for someone ti check on the non working safe box. Homelessness and drugs rampant outside the hotel.

Staff was awesome, nice lobby,rooms ( was on the 11th floor)comfortable, not many amenities.parking was a chore, was underground, height limit 6'6". Wise to park and use taxi or Uber, for all traveling. Traffic a highly congested peak hours.Converting Canadian to USA currency not to hard.prefer debit or credit cards. Restaurant next door....not tooo bad, offers delivery First night, Monday, alot homeless on the street, along with trash, there was police presence. I would return, had a nice stay.....thank all those we came to talk with.

The play was under construction something that it was not mentioned not a time book in overall location is pretty great. There was a guy from Spain, who was very friendly at the front desk. I cannot say the same about the rest of the person.

Very nice downtown location. Extra $ for parking underground, when parking options are limited, was a surprise. Bathroom had a bit of a smell. Like it was cleaned with sour cloths!?
