Great location and wonderful staff! Always greeted at the door with a smile, held our bags until check in time and provided help when asked. Within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurant around and accessible to metro. Room was cleaned and restocked daily.

Was in Vancouver for business and really loved the Exchange. It has a perfect location in the middle of downtown and easy to walk anywhere. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and felt very very safe. Also liked the modern amenities and the app that worked great to communicate with the hotel and allowed you to use your phone as a room key. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vancouver.
