Convenient location. Over-priced for what hotel provides. Room was very dusty, dirty windows and hair on floor in bathroom and unfolded towels. Dated room; 1990's. Front desk stated they would refund some of the night to compensate for uncleanliness; to date the hotel has only refunded the deposit I had to place for incidentals; no additional refund. Other choices in area for next stay.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific before our cruise. The hotel was wonderful and it was a bonus that they transferred our luggage to the cruise boat for us.

I chose to stay overnight in this wonderful hotel to catch a cruise ship sailing the next day. From the moment I entered the lobby, I knew this would be an exceptional experience, and I wasn't wrong. The desk clerk (Said) gave me an upgraded room on a high floor and the room is great. I'm coming back to Vancouver in six weeks to catch another cruise (I work on ships as a lecturer), and I'll definitely stay here again. You should too!

For the price we paid, the experience is average at best. When we arrived, the hand wash bottle in the bathroom was empty. One of the lamps on a nightstand was never plugged in. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm. On top of all the above, when they were supposedly refunding the $100 security deposit to our credit card, they charged us the same amount instead. The person who we contacted over the phone couldn't resolve the issue and just told us to wait for a few days. Other than the location, there really isn't much we can say about this hotel that is positive.
