Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed the carpet was in a deplorable state. There were numerous dark stains and areas of visible dirt, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable.

The curtains had stains on it. One of the bed skirts had stains on it and the sheets, even though they were clean look like they had been slept in. They were all wrinkled so were the pillowcases I just expected for the money that I spent that it would be a little bit more and the restaurant wasn’t the greatest either limited on food limited on drinks but then again

Service was terrible! If your room is mess or dirty, they would not do house keeping or cleaning your room! Because they do every other 3rd day or we have to request before 10 am. Whenever I stayed at the other hotels, I never had hotel service like this! And also they just provide water only for the first night you stay with two bottles water!! Mostly other hotel they provide at least two bottle waters each day. This hotel not at all.

Very nice ambience and spacious lounge. Lovely rooms. China town like vibe in area. We chose a chinese restaurant nearby for dinner as well.

The sheer grout was loose or discolored in several places. Other than that, it seemed pretty clean. I like that they left cleaning wipes in your room for you to touch up as you wanted to. It is in an Asian community, so if you don’t like Asian food you may be out of luck.

This property was clean and welcoming. Close to airport. The staff was helpful, but understaffed. I never got an answer when I called for a shuttle. The lone person at the desk had a line of folks in front of him and would pick up the phone, wait a second and hag it up without speaking.

Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet. There was both a coffee maker and a water boiler with both coffee and tea options. There is a restaurant on site, but it took awhile for someone to appear to seat us and provide menus. But the food was surprisingly good.

Although the property describes over 70 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, they were all Asian and difficult to impossible to choose one. If you don't care for this type of cuisine there is an Italian restaurant on-site that was excellent. The hotel offers a list of all the restaurants and can give recommendations. The property could use updating in their lobby area, but this did not affect our stay. Rooms were clean and adequately appointed. Best thing is a free shuttle to the airport 24/7. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle.
