The staff are exceptional. Welcoming and friendly staff. The room muted in colour and sound. I suspect the bedsheets are scented. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job at keeping everything immaculate. Best stay at a hotel.

This is a lovely, elegant hotel in a great neighborhood. There are many restaurants in the area so we went out to eat, choosing from a wide selection nearby. The room had good air- conditioning which we could set, something we really appreciated on a very hot day. My only less than 5 rating is because the pool area left a lot to be desired. While they're is a nice private patio adjacent to the pool, the chairs had not been cleaned and there were bird droppings in many places. In the pool area itself, the used towel bin was spilling over, the floors were quite wet and slippery. The pool itself was a good size but the surrounding areas were not well-maintained.

We had a great stay here in July 2024. It’s a busy hotel, but staffed well. You will have to self park but there is plenty of parking below the property on site.

We stayed for one night in July. The hotel itself is immaculate and well taken care of. Every staff member we spoke with was courteous, happy and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet brunch in the restaurant and it was excellent. Big rave for the staff there. Beds have a memory foam top and we’re very comfortable. I loved this hotel. Only suggestion would be to have the cooling system assessed. Eventhough our room slightly cooled, the lowest setting is not cool enough on a hot day. Overall though, the hotel is impressive and I would stay here again.
