Room was not well cleaned and the carpet in front of the fridge was wet. FYI- we found out a couple of days after making the reservation that the hotel does not have A/C, which luckily it didn’t need. With the windows open it was noisy.

Had an amazing stay for 3 days, kind and helpful staff, restaurant was great! Overall a 4/5 experience. I will note that this hotel has no air conditioning in the building which was unclear until after booking. They do give a fan for the room thought and the sea breeze comes through the windows however there’s no screen protectors on the windows which did let a few bugs. Overall would recommend!!

Travelled as a couple with two small dogs. So nice to find a place that is accepting of dogs. We have no one to watch ours when away plus we just like them to Come along with us. :) The room was clean and the windows were open when we got there because it was summer and warm out I thought the room was great. I didn’t find it warm like others have mentioned but I was on a lower floor. I like how close this is to the beach and so many walkable areas to go with the dogs and just enjoy the scenery. We walked to dinner and had some Indian food which was also tasty. Great start to our trip!

Brought our bikes and they let us lock them up in the luggage storage room. Was very nice and convenient. You really have to love the location of this place. Great for exploring Stanley Park

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Vancouver. This is a great place to stay that has all the charm of an older hotel with all of the best needed amenities. The hotel has onsite parking and a great restaurant inside that overlooks the bay and steps from Stanley Park. The room was large with the best water pressure in the shower and extremely comfortable beds.

The hotel & rooms have been renovated nicely and the Location to the beach is convenient, but unfortunately, my stay was during some of the warmer days here in Vancouver and with No air conditioning on the eighth floor of the hotel, I was on the verge of heat exhaustion by the end of the day. I woke up with a terrible🥵 headache and felt ill. I had to take a cold shower to cool down. I feel as though I should’ve been made aware the hotel had No A/C on such a hot day before paying over $200 a night for a room. Very unfair ☹️
