The area is a bit noisy being on Hastings, and above a club, but I wasn't disturbed in the least. The location is great for walking Commercial Drive, and has transit, grocery and a Dollar Store right there. The parking was such a bonus! I will 100% stay there again! You won't find a better value for your $$ in Vancouver. Totally recommend!
