First room we were given was 5 steps out of the elevator. Super noisy hallway with kids running up and down. We asked to move rooms and they didn’t have any king beds left so we settled on 2 queen beds, the new room reeked of stale water from the dirty stinky shower curtain. Dingy, dirty and staff was unfriendly. Restaurant options were low end. Would NOT recommend, especially for the price. For $100 more we could have stayed at the Four Seasons.

System was down so we couldn’t check in and I have chronic pain so after the long drive I was looking forward to me room. Key cards were working on and off, no compensation was given for this and we has a very large group come with us who stayed in other hotels and they had no problems with their systems or check in. We were assigned an accessible room when we didn’t need one and I felt bad that I got one and didn’t need one

The resort has a nice bar and restaurant but there's also dozens of options for dining and drinks just outside. This resort is conveniently located near the gondolas and easy walking to the entire village. We had a wonderful time. 4 days is about perfect in Whistler and allows you to see and do just about everything.

i have stayed at this property many times. we had requested a certain room which we did not receive which we were quite upset about, since we had called the hotel and it was noted down. once speaking to the manager he did make the switch the next day and was very understanding and handled the situation properly. the room cleanliness was not to standards at all. the room had dog food all over the patio and on the room floor. i did tell the cleaning team but they didnt come back to clean. other than that the facilites were great and buffet.

The bed that we slept on was hard and I was itching so bad, me and my partner werent able to sleep ok, the bed was a bit dirty and I was itching the whole night. The people staying above us were stomping around too and we couldn’t sleep very well. I was hoping a relaxing ONE night but it ended up terribly

The staff were great and we felt very valued and welcome. But, unfortunately, our room was a different story. The sink in the bathroom was partially clogged and the toilet was difficult to deal with and the tub plug wouldn't stay down so we were not able to fill the tub. There were also very noticeable repairs to the tub. Great service, but the room could use a bit of maintenence.

The property was in very good condition. No problems there. The problems were with the small pool area and having 1 out if 2 hot tubs down with a youth hockey team and families staying there. I've been a prt of that before and do not blame the team and families. I blame the hotel for not setting aside some quiet time for adults to enjoy the amenities as well. Maybe extend the pool hours and have some adult time.

Lots of noisy children at the pool and in the hallways, no promotion of quiet areas but the staff were reasonably pleasant. Best thing i have to say is the tamari spa is excellent
