Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.

We had a fabulous room in this beautiful property well situated in downtown Vancouver. Loved walking everywhere! All of the staff we interacted with were amazing! Our only complaint is that there were some garbage on the floor in the hallway almost every time we went to our room. (We stayed for four nights.). Also, that our keys constantly demagnetized. We had to get them replaced a few times a d only had one working key most of the time. Overall, we loved it there and will stay every chance we get!!

Nice theres a movie's attached with hally hour prices. Pool amd hot tub are OK. If you travel on a Sunday DO NOT RELY on their shuttle even if you booked it. Between poor organized staff, excess visitors and inpatient cruise ship goers. Good luck. All they hear is shuttle and load the bus. Attempt to give the shuttle driver the heads up but he didn't care. Just tell them to book you a cab.
