The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. I was seriously impressed with the great service. Thank you so much!

I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. Thank you for the owner hospitality.

Love this place! Second time staying with this property. my sister and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and the staff had a left a card and some sweet treats. Love that their double room has two queen beds and the balcony is a great feature. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. In room bottled water is a big draw for us. Only downside, for us, is no microwave in the room for door dash.

The staff are courteous and when I arrived early, I was provided access to parking and access to the third floor washroom. Further, once my room was available I was granted early access. The Hotel is centrally situated, which is why I stay there frequently. I was disappointed that the pool was not opened. It is my recollection that it is a heated pool. I recently stayed at other hotels for this reason. The Pan Pacific, Pacific Rim, and Hilton all have heated pools that were open in March and April. I stayed on the 5th floor and the kitchen requires updating or at a minimum, painted cupboards. I appreciate that there are signs promoting retrofitting.
