Great location across the street from the village stroll. Incredibly dog friendly and even left our pup treats and a small toy.

They were welcoming to pets, however, they did not explain that they wouldn’t come to clean the room the entire stay. Disappointed to say the least.

Thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The staff were very accommodating and every single one (apologies, I can't remember the names) was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel had suffered from a water leak about a week before I arrived which meant that the lobby and restaurants were out of order (could get room service) - for me, the lobby area is something that I look at when booking as like to relax outside the room, so this was unfortunate but could not be helped. Only thing I would question was whether it was right to charge tray charge when room service is the only option (admittedly did not raise this, but was a factor in only ordering couple of times when I would have liked to try more). The Spa was glorious and felt very pampered. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Vancouver again, would be certainly be be looking to book here again.

Clean room, great view, it was just amazing!

Clean property with good restaurants. First room was a super small 200sq ft king in the North tower but we booked the 337sq ft king rm in the South tower (for a higher price). It was fixed quickly once we complained. Thankfully! The correct room was nice, comfortable and spacious. It was a great location and reasonable accommodation for a short stay.
