I would not stay here again. The pool area was Dirty. The sauna and hot tub not working. For what You are paying I didn't think it was worth it. I was disappointed with the response from the manager when we did say something.

Very comfortable bed, slept well as it was a quiet area. Love the location with lots of restaurants ans stores around. If you don't need a kitchen, this is a good place to stay. The refrigerator was not that cold. There is even a small gym. The games area/arcade is not open during spring/summer.

Pro: The location of the hotel in the Village was convenient everything. Our room didn't have a great view but it didn't matter because we spent most of our time outside. Our room was a very nice size for four people and having two queen beds was a blessing. We loved the Beekman 1802 products in the room! Cons: Parking spots under the hotel were tiny. No snacks or convenience items for sale in hotel, but the room had a fridge and there was a small market just a few shops away.

Parking lot is extremely tight even for a small SUV. Cost is $29 per night even as a guest, and fills up quick. We were lucky to get parking. Be aware when booking the double room through Expedia, they put you in the older/unrenovated portion of the hotel - these rooms are pet friendly and we were not informed of this. We are all allergic to dogs and had hoarse throats, sneezing and running noses the entire stay, it wasn’t until the evening before checkout I heard a dog bark and made the connection. I asked upon checkout and they did confirm we were put into the pet friendly area. We were told to advise of allergies next time, but we feel we should have been advised before hand as I did not select a pet friendly room. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling around the fan. Carpet was turning the bottoms of our feet black within minutes. The pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep the entire length and only has 8 loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 2 other chairs. It fills up very quickly so many had to sit on the ground. The pool was perfect for kids. Location of the hotel is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again but definitely not in the old part of the hotel. We saw the newer rooms and they are beautiful and will stay in those next time.

This was a great property for our family of 4. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the dishes in the room to go with the mini fridge and microwave. If we go back to Whistler we will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that they never asked us what view we wanted and we had a view of the back alley. We parked elsewhere for $25 a day, but if we had parked at your lot, it was $29? When I asked if your hotel would wave my parking fee for staying there?, the answer was “No” Seriously?

The pool is for all guests which they paid and have equal rights to enjoy. It seems pool belongs only to children with no time limitation. They were super noisy with their toys and jumping to pool. There was no respect for other guests if they didnt have kids. When i went to front desk and discussed about my concern, manager was just sorry . It wasnt fair
