"Check in and checkout was a breeze. Eric was highly responsive and very generous letting us borrow the paddle boards for a little trip out to the island with the seals in front of the property. This is a great central location, close to airport and many other attractions that the island has to offer. Last but not least, the sunrise view over the ocean is absolutely breathtaking!"

"The property was vlean and check in was easy. The only issue we had was it was not clearly stated that the "Bedroom" did not have a seperate door. We booked hoping for a private room for 2 of us and the living room for the 3rd person to sleep. Unfortunately there was no door to the bedroom and the apartment was open concept. We wnjoyed our stay regardless but it was not clear on the listing."

"The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up."

"I cannot thank that wonderful staff enough for their kindness towards me. I arrived in a flurry at 12pm having a matter of hours to dress for a mid-afternoon function to (receive honours) and check in wasn't until 4pm. The staff understood that I was needing a place to prepare and dress in my ball gown asap. They very kindly made sure I had a room right away and couldn't be more empathetic and understanding. Upon my return from the event they asked me how it all went and seemed genuinely happy...
