The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The Spot is my go to choice of stay. Rates are good, beds are comfy. This location is pet friendly and is very convenient. I forgot an item there and when I went back at my next stay it was located and cared for. The Spot is my favorite place !

I think this hotel would be great for families seemed like there was a lot of kids around. Not that great for just s couple. Lady at the front desk was not all that nice, as I requested a higher floor Ina quiet location and received a room on the 2nd floor. No attempt was made to switch us rooms. I found the restaurant to be quite expensive. All in all not a couples hotel, and definitely not a relaxing environment.

A wonderful suite, with every amenity you could ask for, including a washer and drier. It was spacious and extremely comfortable, with great views - our bedroom and balcony looked out over an inlet from the ocean with hills beyond. Wish we'd stayed here for much longer!
