We really enjoyed the area, it was safe and clean and great views the recreational activities provided made the resort really enjoyable the bbq space was awesome for group gatherings, we really appreciated the transportation option to downtown. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The elders and caregivers would have liked AC units in their dens or more fans to accommodate the heat temperatures.

We enjoyed having a kitchen, living space, little outdoor sitting area and use of the bbqs. The shuttle to and from Banff was convenient and only took 10mins. I’ve stayed here before and will continue to each time I come to Banff. Best bang for the buck!

Overall, the property and the room was very nice. My only critique would be to have the front desk. Staff be a little more enthusiastic and helpful with places to see and giving guests some information about attractions in Banff.

If we had realised how far from town this property was we would not have stayed? Shuttle is not regular! Well meaning but very young and inexperienced staff? No urgency to attend to guests! Had to wait 10 minutes at reception while two staff members finished their own gossipy conversation? Poor choice of food and mediocre quality? Classic case of charge what you can get away with in Banff? Not recommended!!

This place is good. 5 min away from Banff city center. The rooms were clean. It was hot and humid there days and rooms don't come with AC which could be looked into. Otherwise it's a nice place and staff is super helpful.

The condo we were given was in terrible condition; it seemed like it had never been cleaned. The ventilation was poor, and the bedroom carpet was sticky and dirty. Traveling with young kids, we needed an extra bed, but the sofa bed was misaligned, clunky, smelly, and seemed infested with bed bugs. We couldn't sleep at all and tried to get a room change through Expedia and the property, but both customer service teams were unhelpful. One Expedia agent even responded sarcastically. We called customer service until 2:30 am for assistance. Our stay was supposed to be for two nights, but we checked out after the first dreadful night. I would definitely not recommend this property to families. Avoid it at all costs.

The property can be gorgeous if updated ! The carpet etc is not clean . The price to stay in the resort is high and we expected high quality but !!!! The breakfast is a joke I’m sorry it’s a motel breakfast in a resort ! The only thing good is the location and the quietness.
