Excellent place to stay. I spend 2/3 of the year living in hotels and this was one of the best places I stayed all year. I have no complaints. Excellent mountain getaway.

The pools were good. The outdoor hot tub was beautiful except for it's location. It is surrounded by buildings and trees so even though we were in Banff and surrounded by mountains, not one tip of any mountain could be seen while in the outdoor hot tub.

Iconic hotel in a fantastic location - the icing on the cake for a magical stay in Banff. Whilst we could have found a cheaper place to stay, it would not have been so magical staying somewhere else. Within easy walking distance to town, and look up the ghost stories and history before you go! Staff ...

I had called to ask if the hotel did anything special for big birthdays as my boyfriend was celebrating one. They offered a complimentary bottle of wine as told me it would be in the room when we arrived. When we arrived it wasn’t there. I asked the front desk and was told since it was complimentary ...

Good little property for the price..clean rooms and good service..in the standard room there isnt much room on the vanity in the bathroom and the pressure in the shower is fair....there is a hot tub outside, fits about 6 adults but tucked in a corner so not much of a view..Very close to town..
