Enjoy a getaway for two at these romantic properties
Excellent place to stay. I spend 2/3 of the year living in hotels and this was one of the best places I stayed all year. I have no complaints. Excellent mountain getaway.
The staff were friendly, and very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Views were awesome. Rooms are quiet.
The pools were good. The outdoor hot tub was beautiful except for it's location. It is surrounded by buildings and trees so even though we were in Banff and surrounded by mountains, not one tip of any mountain could be seen while in the outdoor hot tub.
Iconic hotel in a fantastic location - the icing on the cake for a magical stay in Banff. Whilst we could have found a cheaper place to stay, it would not have been so magical staying somewhere else. Within easy walking distance to town, and look up the ghost stories and history before you go! Staff ...
I really like the in room fireplaces. Kitchens are a nice bonus as well. Not the newest hotel, but it is clean and has features the new ones do not. I would rather stay at Douglas Fir
Nice clean cabin. Had great privacy and was nicely updated. Beds were comfy too
Rooms and amenities are dated. Sauna was not working.

They offered a complimentary bottle of wine as told me it would be in the room when we arrived. When we arrived it wasn’t there. I asked the front desk and was told since it was complimentary ...
Good little property for the price..clean rooms and good service..in the standard room there isnt much room on the vanity in the bathroom and the pressure in the shower is fair....there is a hot tub outside, fits about 6 adults but tucked in a corner so not much of a view..Very close to town..
