"This was my first time at this hotel and I was extremely happy with it. Great location, everything was in walking distance and the room was huge! I've stayed at many Banff hotels and this one was by far the biggest, coziest one Ive stayed at. It was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This will likely be my new Banff hotel to book whenever I'm in town! 10/10"

"The overall stay was great especially the bus stop being right there very convenient. The rooms weren’t super clean like I found little specs of things that looked like kibbles near the ground by the tv drawers."

"The room was nice & clean. Great to have a small fridge. We would recommend regular sized pillows. The pillows on the bed were like throw pillows. It was also nice to have parking in the garage. Hot tub was very nice."

"Lodgings were ok but the badly stained couch, dirty broken foot stools/coffee table and dirty throw rug made the cleanliness of the whole lodge suspect."

"Excellent location in downtown Banff. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. The room did not have air conditioning but we did not need it ( stayed early September). I highly recommend this hotel."
