The room was without air conditioning and did not even cool off at night . Don’t understand why , the hallways did , most time had to leave our door open to be bearable . I would suggest checking weather conditions before going!disappointed !

I booked Caribou hotel for 3 days and 2 nights stay. To our surprise they don’t have AC. We have 2 kids and they did not sleep comfortably in our 2 nights stay. Its summer and there is a heat wave.

The property does not have AC in the rooms and our first night the room was 76F. The second day the hotel brought in a portable AC which worked great. Downtown area is about a 20 minute walk or local bus stop right in front of hotel. Breakfast buffet was good.

No aircondition in the room, i asked the front desk the following morning told me they dont have ac in the room . Summer at banff still gets hot think ac is a must . The hotel guest above our room was so noisy at 3am. 500 plus a night in this hotel is not worth it.

Property was very nice and the rooms were fine however, it was very hot out and the rooms do not have air conditioning. The lobby and the halls have AC and it was very cool but the rooms need it as well.
