"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the hot tub, it looks like the caves and basins lol. That's the only reason."

"A little ways out of the main part of town, but they give you free bus tickets valid for 3 days which was so so handy!! Rooms were a little dated but the charm of the place made ya feel like real Canada!! Easy parking in the garage and the price of the Hotel was way better than the ones right in town. Would recommend! 👍"

"Best hot tub and view I've ever experienced. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Public transportation to gondola and other locations. 3 days here wasn't enough."

"Has a parkade which is heated and spacious. It has a lot of room so it’s easy to find space. The elevators took forever, longer than other hotels for some reason. Directions on how to get to the lobby were confusing. Rooms were smaller than anticipated"

"The property was clean, and the rooms were pretty comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. Food choices were limited, as there was a small cafe in the lobby, and the local restaurants were quite a few blocks away. The outdoor gathering area was small, but quaint."

"Lovely big clean room with really comfortable beds. Great location within Banff and easy parking. Staff were all great. Only slight complaints was the water pressure in the shower was quite poor and the buffet table in the breakfast room is very small, so was quite chaotic first thing in the morning with lots of people trying to reach over each other."

"Hotel is nicely locatedat the end of Main Street - close to restaurants and shops, but not in the busy area. Public transportation works well and front desk helpful in finding the schedules. Aarita was amazing with her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She helped us with transportation and various reservations for the area.. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others."
