We had a great experience at the Hidden Ridge Resort. Great location and Views from the hotel were excellent. There is also a basement parking which was nice to keep car warm.

Great location, so close to city of Banff! Bus service available instead of paying for parking in Banff. Hot tub was wonderful. Hidden Ridge was very accommodating each day with any needs we had regarding towels or anything else.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna overlooking the mountains. Bus pass was included in our stay which made accessing downtown so easy and removed the stress and cost of parking downtown. The bus runs frequently and is a very quick trip. Highly recommend this property.

The place was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the unique loft design—it was such a nice touch! The Roam bus made getting around to the town very convenient as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was helpful and very friendly! Enjoying the mountains from the hot tub was amazing; the fall colours were so pretty, and the mountain view was breathtaking! It was so convenient to hop on the bus a short distance away and be shuttled to the main streets of Banff without the hassle of driving my car. We were also lucky enough to see some Elk camp behind our place that we could watch from our balcony. I can't wait to come back again someday.

The resort is in a beautiful setting with fantastic mountain views, and the complimentary bus passes into Banff were a great bonus. The room was comfortable enough, although it was quite tired and could do with some updating. We stayed towards the end of peak season, so the price was understandably high, and while we enjoyed the location and setting, I felt it was a little expensive for what we got.

This is a rustic property that has a camping feel to it. Our room was clean and nice, but did smell smoky both from fireplace smoke and seemingly cigarette smoke. We had to walk around the back of the building to access our room which made hauling our bags a little tricky and a night was a bit unsettling. The outdoor hot tub was nice. The hotel is away from Banff townsite, so driving or taking the bus is required.

Nicest dog friendly property I've stayed at. Very happy. I also loved that I didnt have to pay for firewood. You could go at any time and get some yourself. View from the pool and hot tub is beautiful. Enjoyed my stay very much.
