"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"

A recommendation: please have your restaurant provide full delivery of meal service in the room instead of asking the customer to come down and get food. In all global hotels, I have stayed if they provide in room dinning, the staff brings food in the room. This was my first experience where I have to go down and get food myself which I have ordered using the room phone."
