A million dollar view, and the hot-tub is fantastic
Extremely lovely/friendly staff. Good location - close to restaurants/shops and bus to ski hills. Rooms were small but clean and updated. Fan in room was a bit noisy but got used to it. Bathroom also small for a family with small kids. Jacuzzi was not working but hotel gave free family pass to Banff ...
I loved the Pool and fitness area they were very good!!
Like: parking, hottub, room, breakfast until late morning Can be better: room a bit small, bathroom has no or weak ventilation fan, but the extra fan in closet came into handy
I liked the pool and spa . Hotel was so cleaned and will maintained.
Great location nice decor friendly helpful staff accommodated special needs
Wonderful location for walking around Banff. Handy parking around back.
I am an Interior designer, and I was impressed by the design work and how well put together the whole experience was. We loved the hot tubs, sauna, and staff were fantastic! Real people with a comfortable well designed place to spend some time.
Great service and great price! Would absolutely stay here again!
