"Our room was quite nice and located in the Atrium. Breakfasts were a step up from the usual powdered eggs and sausage. The bacon was delicious. A shout out for Starbuck’s coffee availability. Breakfast staff were excellent! Our biggest complaint is that we observed babies and small children in the hot tub. You can’t convince me that: a) their little rubber pants can contain all body fluids, and b) the water temperature is healthy for little ones. We purposely did not use the hot tub after this observation, which was disappointing. Children under 5 should not be in the hot tub!!! A minor beef: one morning the coffee was unavailable for 20 minutes. Someone wasn’t thinking ahead to brew enough soon enough. Otherwise we would consider staying here again."

"I was behind a family checking in on the spot, and Expedia definitely saved us money. I would say overall the stay was good. Price was good. We had a restful sleep. Clean. Awesome to have secure underground parking. I think most would be happy here. The rest of my review is more constructive criticism. The hotel is undergoing renovations. So no pool or business centre. We could use the pool next door. A mix of old and new (e.g. lobby very nice, but carpet old and breakfast chairs with a lot of stains on them). We were in a renovated room, but I think their contractors aren't skilled or don't have attention to detail. Grout and caulking missing in some spots. Shoddy patchwork in the ceiling in the bathroom. Paint drops on the carpet. I know this room is just for sleeping, but those little details make an impression. Very nice to have breakfast included. Good variety, but no gluten free options nor fruit when we went."
