The bathroom sink and fixtures were the lowest grade builder quality possible. The sink was so short I had to lean over; it would have been perfect for a 10-year old. The staff service was excellent. I would not stay here again because of the bathroom.

Biggest disappointment was the room itself, no air conditioning just a hotel controlled central air that hardly blew anything at all. No fan in the washroom so had to smells husbands crap for 3 hrs. Seem like all the money was put into first impressions, but the room itself was a big letdown, oh it was tiny also.

Choose this place if wanting south area and good value hotel. It is an older property with updates. Clean and comfortable beds, amenities include on onsite lounge with patio which was superb. On the downside air conditioning did not work properly, a hotel employee kindly showed me how to adjust in the room(very old thermostat and hard to find the control) however it never did kick in. Next morning I was told it is a known fact. If known I am uncertain why hotel staff didn't assign a different room, disappointed with that. Otherwise a very pleasant stay 😁

The hotel is being updated, and is undergoing improvements, but our room was a bit dark some parts were a bit rundown such as the shower door and the carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was well controlled. The pool area was well maintained. The fitness area appeared a bit neglected, but doesn’t seem very well utilized. The late night sports pub was a fun amenity. The kosher bakery was a surprise and a fun option. The key cards kept becoming demagnetized and needed daily replacement. The saddest amenity was the daily breakfast which was hot and fresh but rather bland and the coffee was not the best.
