Room 218 doesn’t lock Brought it up to the front desk, hopefully it gets fixed. Room comptable, bed ok, pillow terrible, coffee awful. No complaints. Room has a fridge, a microwave. Great service from lady at front desk.

The front staff were rude when checking in and unlike other hotels they made me wait til exactly 4 pm before I could check in. The room was nice but the bathroom door wouldn’t close. You could hear people walking up n down the stairs in the middle of the night.

The stay was good. However they advertised free WIFI which is important this day and age for work. When the WIFI was not working called the front desk and nothing was done about it or no explanation for the problem or a tempt to resolve it. That was the main disappointment.

The lobby is surprisingly small, more like a drive-up motel. The staff were friendly. The ice machine was very loud and every user of the machine was heard by many adjoining rooms. The AC/heater unit was abnormally loud, so much so that we couldnt run it at night. But then the room necame very hot. The bathroom fan was very loud. All in, we would definitely not stay there again.

I liked the breakfast options which were varied and plentiful and the breakfast room was very pleasant. Upon our entry to our room we noticed documented and reported damage to a wall and broken glass in a framed picture. The desk clerk said she would make a note for the manager so we would not be charged for someone else's damage. The room was nice but the beds were very hard and we did not have a good night's sleep. If beds are upgraded I would stay here again.

When we pulled into the parking lot I was not impressed. The staff except the breakfast lady were friendly. The halls needed vacuuming. The room was nice enough. The breakfast was ok but they needed to rearrange it so people weren’t all over each other. The breakfast lady needed some teaching on service. You can’t get after guest because someone didn’t do the eggs properly..
