Expedia screwed up my reservation that I had made 7 months earlier and the hotel was booked solid, but the wonderful staff took great care to make it right even though it wasn’t the hotels fault! 5 stars to the customer service team!!! Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms... will be back!!
the room was comfortable and clean but outside the room (the balcony and roofing next to the balcony) had a fair bit of trash and cigarette butts littered around.
The room and breakfast were lovely and the hosts were hugely welcoming and helpful. Will be recommending!
The kitchen was a little short on cooking pans, etc. The house was a little short on extra sheets and blankets. Some things were a little worn down. But overall the house was clean, convenient and affordable. Close proximity to Winsport.
Monika’s house is a great base for your Calgary stay. It’s clean, warm, tastefully decorated and Monika is the perfect host with prompt helpful communication.
Ryan was an outstanding host, very responsive. Home is well stocked and we had a nice stay. It is missing a little coziness factor due to minimalist decor though otherwise a 5-star review.
Stayed here while attending a family event in SW Calgary. The house was just as advertised, looked exactly like the pictures and very clean. Fit our family of 3 grown children and grandchild perfectly. Nice neighbors and wonderful walking paths through the neighborhood.
Everything was so new and clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master closet is huge! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and pillows to go around. Nice washer and dryer and most everything you needed for eating in. Street parking only, but we never had an issue with only 1 ...
