Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The place is very old and the cleanliness was not the best. The walls and windows need a cleaning. The hot tub was not available, kids liked the pool. Said it was nice and warm. It was alright for a one night stay.
Rude front desk and unable to communicate in English or French. Overall condition of the room, access to the room and pool area was very poor. Would not recomend to anyone. Iwouod make a very good budget friemdly hotel if theybwere to lower the cost per night.

The walls and doors in our room were dirty from being touched and needed a good scrub especially in the bathroom and by the balcony. The staff was great and friendly though. There was also a water pipe jutting out from the wall right beside my bed that did not make for a great look and I could hear water running through the walls all night long. Also we could hear the train announcements loud and clear all night, which did not help us get a great sleep.
The property needs to be renovated. The washroom was really scary. And the carpet seems like it was never vacuumed. It was a rundown Ramada hotel and it took as awhile to find it as the hotel sign still says Ramada with small print of the new hotel name. We slept for a few hours and left immediately without looking back. If they renovate it has a lot of promises. It’s in a good location. And I hope they do.

Run down, tired, still feels like it’s in the 1970s. Front counter folks are nice. Pictures are not accurate.
It a flea bag motel. Insusoectbnew owners intend to do some repairs but looking past that, some basic effort would go a long way like 2 rattler than 1 small soap in the room. I don't care that they look like cleaning rags from a car wash, but 4 towels and a floor bath for 2 guests is a minimum. 2 small towels is not enough. Shampoo then vacuum the floor regularly, they are disgusting. Oddly, bed was comfortable, tv better than most hotels. It's run down but has some potential to be a reasonable discount alternative for the motel strip it is on.
I always read the reviews before booking but didnt for this one. Upon arrival things seemed ok for the most part, we got 2 rooms since there was 7 of us. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and was very run down, second room had a smell to it. We switched the first room and was given a key to a room that was already occupied, next room was ok the smell was alot better. I didnt switch my room cause i didnt want to cause front deek staff to get annoyed with me. There wasnt enough towels in my room for me and my kids. The morning front desk worker was super nice to deal with and apologized for the evening staff as he was a new hire. The pool was ok but no pool towels and the hot tub was out of order

The room was clean, staff were responsive. But the property was lacking in a few basic amenities like drinking water, wifi was terribly slow and a few more like the same

Overall the experience was good. Staff was nice and helpful
Very dated building. Great price but building is in dire need of renovation. Old carpets, worn paint. Smokey smell still lingers in rooms from ages ago. Good location, cloae to everything.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff are very nice, however, a renovation is needed in the rooms, the sink and tub look really old and deteriorated.
Very tired building, alot of damage in the room, the bed is ridiculously saggy. But very safe area. You get what you pay for- many much nicer places very close by for incrementally more money.
I wonder how are they allowed to keep this running!!! Everything broken. There was half slice pizza left inside the microwave oven. A part of a condom packet in the bathroom found. Heater sounded like generator. I am never going there.
