Overall “Good” Stay but there is a few mentions that turn it into “Not So Good”. -Parking is Terrible and even with a parking Spot other people steal yours but somehow you are the one that loses while they have no repercussions. Not to mention the underground parking won’t facilitate anything over 6Ft. No Large SUVs/Trucks -Customer Service had rolled their eyes after multiple inconveniences for myself the CONSUMER because each time we arrived back it was another problem. Very unprofessional and unwarranted. -No Clean Towels daily and/or room cleaning. Which is a common practice at every other hotel I’ve been at. -Air Conditioning is great and the Bed itself were good but otherwise there would be no “Pros” to this hotel beside location of it downtown and close to things.

I enjoyed the stay and being able to stay high up in a tower hotel. You can hear guests through the walls … something to note. It was good to be able to done at Moxies on both nights that I was there.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was super friendly, the hotel itself was very clean and everything almost looked new! The view of the city from my room was perfect and not to mention the rainfall shower I got to use!! The moxies entrance was right in the lobby if you wanted to get any drinks or food and they did our room service and everything was amazing. It was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I will be coming back!

Amazing staff (thank you John) and location! Saw reviews that it was noisy but couldnt hear the street noise at all. The fan in the room is *very* old.. we did not have a problem sleeping as we were extremely exhausted everyday but it is definitely very loud.
