I think this is an okay hotel. I genuinely liked the service and the people I met here; I found the place itself outdated. The thing I liked least was that the comforter was basically wrapped between two sheets. This isn't the best arrangement for cleanliness/comfort in the world. I liked the shower ...
The room was clean and staff very polite. Getting to the breakfast area is super weird but the breakfast is decent.
Very clean and central. Rooms have kitchen and you can order room service at a normal dining price.
Very nice staff. Needed a little better cleaning of hallways and elevators. I had an issue with my room for which staff apologized and tended to.
All that we needed price is too high but that is Banff
Perfectly situated in Banff. It wasn’t noisy as we anticipated. Rooms were clean and bright. Lobby was well designed. An awesome stay. Someone was eating a lot of room service and the smell wafted down the hall. That was a little annoying, but it was only temporary.
Enjoyed our spacious lodge style accomodation. Quiet area but within an easy walk or bus into town. Chillis restaurant and bar was good value and onsite. Helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Would stay here again.
Nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Banff with parking. Staff was friendly and helpful .
Helpful staff. Clean & quiet room....................................................
