"It is our first time staying at this hotel and staying at a hotel with a baby. I like how quiet it is. You can barely hear the guests the floor above you. The location is great. It is close to stores/restaurants, which is one of main reason we stayed at this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. ..."

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially the grotto hot tub! Would definitely return."

"Very nice stay in a two bedroom loft with full kitchen facilities. The unit was very clean and had a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The town of Banff is a short drive. It’s walkable but uphill on the way back. The only criticism I have is that the walls are very thin and you can clearly hear your neighbours. Our neighbours were loud but, luckily, it was only one night. "
