The staff were very helpful and friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. Some work was going on but it wasn't a distraction or a disturbance. Front end staff were also very friendly and in the morning Julie made sure we knew about values offered by the hotel. We would gladly stay again.

It’s very busy so be prepared to have a hard time finding parking down by the falls.

Best view is definitely at the bottom of the falls. There is parking or you can walk down the bow falls trail.

The stairway/walkway is VERY slippery during the winter months if there has been a lot of snow. Definitely be prepared for a slow walk or bring crampons for your boots!
