I hadn’t anticipated there wasn’t a microwave in the suite but everything else was top notch, with amazing view and service as well as ground coffee and a French press for the morning. The only thing i would say that is a "negative" is how close all the rooms are to each other and you could see into the next room if you stepped out to enjoy the deck. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way.
