The hotel is located so close to the town center with stunning views of the mountains. It's very safe and situated close to multiple hiking trails. The staff were very friendly. The manager Rohit wrote a kind note for our Anniversary and made our stay special. The front desk representative Molly was very informative and helpful too.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Banff!
If you are looking for a quant property with world class views of the Banff, the Juniper is your place. The hotel is conveniently located and too large a property. The rooms are clean and modestly appointed, with each room having a patio or balcony. The staff was fantastic and very accomodating. The Juniper Bistro had a nice menu amd the food was fantastic.
If you can book a room on the second floor (highway side) for the most spectacular views of Banff, regardless if it is day or night.
We will definitely stay there again and will recommend this property to anyone who is travelling to Banff.
