The two chairs in the room are very old, with worn seats. Being a bed and 'breakfast' is inaccurate. Breakfast is kept in the refrigerator - its really not a typical breakfast as the name implies. For the price - one would expect an actual breakfast. For Banff (where accommodation is v expensive) it is good value for money. The property is very well located just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Banff and there is free parking at the property. As others have commented the breakfast is provided in the fridge the night before and comprises cereal, milk, juice cartons, fruit, cereal bars, microwaveable breakfast rolls, eggs. Very clean. Breakfast is HUGE - lots of items to choose from and even sandwiches for lunch. The room is small for 4 adults (much better suited for 2 people) and there is no closet or anywhere to hang clothing, I tried to call and left messages but no one returned my calls. I was finally able to reach them at a different time of day when they did answer.
