"Clean and comfortable beds "

"I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property. Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires."

"Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown. "

"You stay here for the location: it’s ideal for enjoying the beautiful Emerald Lake and the campus is very charming. The main lodge is well maintained with space for guests to lounge. All of the rooms are in cabins (typically 4 rooms/ cabin) and there was minor smoke odor in the room from the wood-burning fireplace. Otherwise, the rooms are very basic- think mid-level Hampton Inn. Definitely make a reservation for dinner at the Burgess Dining Room. Excellent food and the best/only option after 7pm. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to friends/ relatives. "

"Beautiful large comfortable and clean room with fully stocked kitchenette. Great views of the mountains out the windows. Friendly staff and good amenities at the resort. Extremely quiet but we were there during off season. Only complaint are the very steep and narrow stairs to access the second floor but that is stated on their website. "
