We loved staying here! It was beyond beautiful and the service was great. Only thing was it was a little hard not having your car on site but the shuttle service was great.
Can’t beat the location; it’s gorgeous. The rooms are lovely too, and they provide firewood and bathrobes. The staff and food in the Burgess Dining Room were great. Other than a very negative experience in the Kicking Horse Lounge where I left after 15 minutes because none of the staff would even acknowledge my presence, I enjoyed my stay overall.
What can I possibly say to match this place and the staff? It was all way above our expectations? We came for the views and fell in love with everything, the food was much better than resort food and served by wonderful interesting people from all over the world. Go - Go - Go you will be so happy you did.
