You cannot beat this incredible location in the middle of the Canadian Rockies It’s absolutely stunning regardless of the season! CRMR however could definitely “up” their game. Considering this property is a Canadian landmark and understanding the remoteness of the location… I love the rustic look of the cabins but they do need upgrading Carpets, paint, trim, doors etc Cabin furniture Provide luxury bedding and throw blankets Provide better bathroom linens Offer robes and slippers All these amenities would be in much better line with the price of the rate We’ve stayed here for years and nothing has improved but the prices rise In addition, having the hot tub and fire pits not function is very sad as it’s part of the whole experience Even offering small picnic baskets/ charcuterie to take in room would be added value Thank you

It was very sad to see the hot tub closed. This is why I said amenities were disappointing.

Although it's nature friendly, it's not too far for me. There is no space where I can use my car freely, especially the Internet is not available at all, and there is no microwave or TV. It is probably a place used by people who like natural things. It is a place that does not suit me at all.
