Enjoyed our room. It was bit small and walls are thin you hear everything people are doing in the room attached to you. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Wish there was small fridges in room. Underground parkade is small and difficult to park in.

Hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. Wifi did not work. Plug for the bathtub did not work. People above us were exceptionally load. Also, the bed was very soft on one side and firm on the other side. Very disappointed so that we left 1 day early.

A male worker walked in on me and my naked partner. We pushed the door closed and he continued to enter. The staff gave him the room number to enter, they stated it was an accident. Good stay overall. The hotel is a little outdated, but the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Includes ski lockers, small gym, pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. Conveniently located across from Whistler Village and just a 5-minute walk to the gondolas.

The bus pass to downtown banff was great. We were able to go explore and come back without having to worry about parking downtown.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful.
