Evenings were noisy outside the hotel due to music and activities down the street. You break the bank with the high cost of food, parking, shops and activities. I paid for a Wego pass and the bus never arrived so wasted money on that. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast crew also.

Overall, our experience was good. We stayed for four nights and found many dining options within walking distance. The arcades were also close by. The falls required a moderate walk, especially if you want to walk to Red Rocks (Horseshoe Falls). As we stayed for four nights, we requested room service on the third day, but only the towels were changed. Despite this, we had a great stay.

Decent accommodations. Checked in around 6:00. Went to bed at 11Pm. Woke up to bed bugs at 3:00am. We left immediately. They did not have other room available. We were justly compensated but it completely ruined our trip as we were upset and chose to instead drive 7 hrs back home. Not to mention what we went through to guard “anything” entering our home. They told us that they changed bedding and that we could go back to room if we wanted. It did “not appear” that they had plans on quarantining that room. I didn’t get the impression of that anyway. I would have given it at least 3 star or 4 otherwise. No repeat. No way. Sorry.

If the owner can improve on the signage making it more visible, it will certainly be easier for guests locate. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and comfortable and worth the value.
