A wonderful place—the rooms are clean and quiet, nestled among the mountains and beside the river, and very close to the park entrance, which is extremely convenient.
If you can't stay in the limited accommodation in Yosemite park, this is an excellent alternate. Just a few minutes away from the park entrance, with comfortable rooms and good amenities (shop, restaurants, swimming pools).
Perfect distance to Yosemite. Hotel was outdated but clean and had great options from an indoor play area for big kids and a pool with outdoor jacuzzis. We would stay there again.
The location is 2 miles outside of the West entrance. It’s a beautiful property right on the Merced river. Nice clean rooms, great service and restaurants and a store on site. I strongly recommend and am very happy with my experience st Yosemite View Lodge.
We loved the close proximity to the park! The room was spacious and the balcony overlooking the river was nice. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs and the game room was a lot of fun for them too! Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.
Hotel is a perfect location for a visit to Yosemite. We're had the deluxe river view room and it was superb. Great view from the balcony and the family loved the spa tub!
The views were fantastic and the location to arch rock entrance was very close. Older lodge. Lost power a few times, elevator was out of order, and the food at the restaurants were so-so! The room itself was very spacious
Tucked away in a warm, inviting spot beside a gently flowing river in a peaceful valley.
The room was exceptionally clean, the facilities were well cared for, and the staff was outstanding.......friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Beautiful view of the river, very nice pool and hot tub helped after a long day of hiking, the restaurant was average with horrible service, the pizza place was amazing with wonderful service, the front desk people were nice, but not all of them helpful if you can’t find something. Kitchenettes in the room very helpful! We would stay here again and bring our own food but the store had everything we needed this time.
We had a beautiful view of the Merced River and we were so close to the entrance of the park. We could spend the whole day at the park and not have to drive far to get back. It was well worth it! Excellent location!
