Great location just on the edge of the town centre. Nice and quiet, very clean room. Only thing it was missing was a breakfast room.

I was very disappointed with the sterile looking room with an ac that wasn't even cooling the room and I was hot and bothered all night long. Also the pool and hot tub were dirty. They had a power outage from around 5pm until around 11pm we were in the complete dark and had to shower and eat in the dark. They did not have a generator to keep their clients safe as it was creepy to walk the hallway in pitch black specially as a woman. Understand that the power outage wasn't their fault but not having a generator for an emergency like that is not good.

Love Aava, have been coming for many years. However, it’s time to invest in new mattresses! As well, they used to offer free parking as a VIP Expedia perk but don’t anymore - this is a HUGE disappointment. I hope they reinstate free parking for VIP members again. It was definitely one of the biggest draws of booking at Aava.

Disappointed with cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping came everyday yet not always did they give new towels or bedding. Towels smeller funny. Floors were dirty. The room smelled bad. Keurig machine in tje room had two spiders in it and several spider webs. Could hear people so it was hard to sleep. Parking spaces are tight in parking garage. Lobby looks much bigger in pictures but in reality isnt. Front desk staff were friendly however overall the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. Next time i travel i do not expect to stay here. Would not recommend if cleanliness is a concern.

Clean large rooms. The beds are super comfy. Quiet hotel. Pool and hot tub are never over populated. It’s truly a hidden gem hotel. The only thing to watch out is if you have a low vehicle you’ll have to park outside as the slope down the ramp is uneven.

Normal conversation from next door could be plainly heard through the walls the bathroom door didn't fit properly and made a screeching noise and the bathroom itself smelled musty and one light by the bed does not work
