We had the corner room near the road. Notice was ok. But this was a bigger room. Room had a weird smell and we had to leave two windows opened all the time.

Nice cozy cabin. Nothing about it was super fancy, but everything was clean and well maintained. Located in a beautiful spot near the creek. Train tracks are within a couple hundred yards/meters of some cabins but they seldom used their horns and the noise was not too loud.

We had the best experience from the time we checked in to the our check out. Room with view - it was beautiful. Very clean and cared for. Our breakfast was excellent and we loved the pizza restaurant. Did not care for the food in the pub. The staff were great!!

"Unbeatable setting"
Of course, Lake Louise is one of the most stunning spots on the planet, so regardless of the hotel, you'll be blown away. The hotel itself is grand and the rooms are well appointed.

"Not what I expected"
I really wanted to like The Juniper Hotel. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a horrible experience but there were many small things that added up to make it just an "okay" hotel. First, you are not "in town". You are a few blocks from the rat race which was actually nice for us since we had a car. Upon arriving, we put our bags in our room and immediately found an empty pizza box below our TV stand. We took it to the front desk and he didn't act very surprised or apologetic. Needless to say, it didn't make me feel like our room was cleaned very thoroughly. They do have a great variety of TV channels which come in very handy at night because the walls are paper thin. We could hear talking, showers, tv, crying, etc. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. Lastly, the bathroom looks like it has been renovated but the hinges in the bathroom were rusted and the tub still looked aged. Not a horrible experience, but not what I'm looking for at their price point.

"Cosy Lodging on Very Beautiful Lake "
As we have experienced before, this Lodge is the perfect romantic setting for any local or worldly traveller. The lake and it's setting is magical and picture-perfect. Real fireplaces and excellent lounge and dining room and food choices. Only way it would be nicer would be if the day tourists could be banned and the Lake kept as a private backdrop.

on the first floor but quiet, very clean, easy garage access, nice breakfast. Overall good value for the cost.

"Good location for the town"
Have stayed in the Banff Aspen before on a skiing holiday so new what to expect when booking for our honeymoon. Rooms are good, but bathrooms could do with better ventilation as they suffer with condensation after a hot shower. A couple of hot tubs in the under courtyard are a welcome relaxation after a day hiking(or skiing), and the breakfasts are excellent. Hotel is a reasonable walk from the main shopping area in the town, and short walk from a supermarket.
